Our services
Four ways we help your dog move better — all at your address.
Session 01
First Steps Introduction
What it is — A single relaxed visit where your dog meets the slatmill on their own terms — sniffing it, standing on it, then taking a few treat-guided steps. Most dogs are moving confidently by the end of the first half hour.
Who it’s for — Every new client, and especially cautious, timid, or rescue dogs who need time to trust new equipment.
How we help — We control the pace entirely with food, praise, and patience. If your dog says no, we stop and try a shorter approach next time — there is never any physical pressure.
- A calm, positive first association with the equipment
- An honest read on whether slatmill work suits your dog
- A recommended starting cadence and session length
Session 02
Conditioning & Fitness Programs
What it is — A single relaxed visit where your dog meets the slatmill on their own terms — sniffing it, standing on it, then taking a few treat-guided steps. Most dogs are moving confidently by the end of the first half hour.
Who it’s for — High-energy breeds, sport and working dogs, weight-management cases, and any dog whose walks aren’t touching their energy.
How we help — We track duration, intervals, and recovery across visits and step the program up only when your dog’s form and breathing say they’re ready.
- Visibly better stamina and topline within weeks
- Meaningful energy burn in a fraction of walk time
- Calmer evenings and easier training sessions at home
Session 03
Senior & Recovery Mobility
What it is — Short, gentle, low-impact walking intervals designed to keep joints moving and muscle from wasting — with rest built into the plan.
Who it’s for — Senior dogs, arthritic dogs, dogs carrying extra weight, and dogs cleared by a veterinarian after injury or surgery.
How we help — We work strictly inside the limits your vet sets, keep intervals short, and watch for the earliest signs of fatigue or compensation in gait.
- Maintained range of motion and steadier movement
- Controlled activity without pavement impact
- Written session notes you can share with your vet
Session 04
Reactive & High-Drive Energy Work
What it is — Private, one-dog-at-a-time sessions in a quiet mobile space with no other animals, no lobby, and no unexpected greetings.
Who it’s for — Reactive, anxious, or under-socialized dogs who can’t safely use daycare, dog parks, or group facilities.
How we help — Your dog never leaves your property. We keep the environment predictable and let physical work take the edge off before behavior training does the rest.
- Real exercise without a single trigger encounter
- Lower baseline arousal, making training stick
- A repeatable outlet you can rely on every week
