Why choose us

Built for the dogs that regular exercise routines keep failing.

Most owners we meet aren’t lazy — they’re stuck. The weather, the schedule, the reactivity, the arthritis. We built K9 Motion Ko around removing those specific obstacles.

Winter and heat wipe out walks

Our climate-controlled studio runs year round, sleet or 100°F.

Long workdays leave no time

A focused 20–30 minute session does more than a rushed block walk.

Dog parks are too risky

Private, one-dog sessions mean zero unpredictable encounters.

Destructive, restless behavior

Physical outlets lower arousal so training finally sticks.

Aging joints, shorter walks

Low-impact intervals maintain mobility without the pavement pounding.

Vet says lose weight

Measured, repeatable activity with notes you can bring to your next visit.

Our standards

Six things we won't compromise on.

Motorless, always

Powered slatmills force a set speed. Ours moves only when your dog moves — they can slow down, stop, and step off at any moment. That's the safety difference that matters most.

We come to you

No car ride, no crating, no waiting room full of strange dogs. Your dog exercises in the least stressful place they know: home.

Handlers, not equipment rental

A trained person is present for every minute, watching gait, breathing, tongue color, and body language — and calling it early when needed.

Documented progress

Session notes after every visit: duration, intervals, effort, and what we'd change next time. You always know what you're paying for.

Local and accountable

Based at 1611 N 70th Ave, Omaha, NE 68104, serving neighbors we run into at the grocery store. Reputation is the whole business.

Honest scope

We're a conditioning service, not a veterinary or behavior clinic. We work alongside your vet and trainer and refer out when that's the right call.

The result

A dog that's genuinely tired, and a house that finally settles.

Owners tell us the change shows up outside the session: less pacing, less chewing, deeper sleep, easier walks on leash. That’s not magic — it’s what happens when a dog built to move finally gets to.
